This is how home technology is recycled

The recycling system is cheap and easy for the consumer

When it is time to remove an electrical home appliance from use, the consumer can take it free of charge to the closest collection point. When you buy a new product they will inform you at the shop about where you can return your old product free of charge. You can look for the collection point closest to you by using SERTY’s search engine.

Remove any extra parts from the old products before taking it to the collection point, for example the foodstuffs from the refrigerator and the dust bag from the vacuum cleaner. After that the recycling system makes sure, that the different parts of the product get the appropriate subsequent treatment and reuse. For safety reasons only whole products qualify for the collection points. If you wish, you can, in conjunction with the purchase, have the shop arrange for the transport of the new piece of equipment to your home and transportation of the old equipment to a collection point as a paid service.

When you want to acquire a better product…

…in conjunction with the purchase of the new piece of equipment you pay a WEEE recycling fee per appliance.

At the same time they will tell you at the shop where you can take your old equipment free of charge.

When you take your old equipment to be recycled, remember to remove any extra items from them, such as the dust bag from the vacuum cleaner…

…and batteries and accumulators from other products.

You can take your old equipment to the closest collection point. Electrical and electronic equipment are now accepted free of charge.
